How do I find the right size for my child?

Every child grows at their own pace, so we always recommend going by measurements rather than age labels
alone. To find the perfect fit, measure your child's height, chest, and waist, then compare them with our size chart (available on the Size Guide page). If
your little one falls between two sizes, we suggest sizing up — kids grow fast,
and a little extra room means more wear time!

Do your clothes run true to size, or should I size up?

Our everyday basics and daywear
are designed to run true to size. For outerwear, pyjamas, and layering pieces,
we recommend going one size up — this gives room for comfortable movement and
layering underneath. When in doubt, check the product description on each item,
as we note any sizing quirks there.

What if my child is between two sizes?

We always recommend going up a
size when in doubt. Children grow quickly, and a slightly roomier fit means
you'll get more wear out of the garment. Our size guide has detailed measurement tips to help you decide.

What fabrics do you use? Are they safe for sensitive skin?

At Aruvo, we use soft,
breathable fabrics — primarily 100% cotton— that are kind to delicate baby and
toddler skin. Our materials are free from harsh dyes and chemical finishes. We
always recommend washing new garments before your child wears them for the
first time, just as an extra precaution. You can find detailed fabric

Are Aruvo clothes suitable for babies with eczema or allergies?

Our soft cotton clothing is a popular choice among parents whose children have sensitive skin or eczema-prone skin, as natural fibres allow the skin to breathe and are less likely to cause irritation. That said, every child is different — we always recommend consulting your paediatrician if your child has a specific skin condition. As a general rule, wash all new clothing before the first wear to remove any residue from packaging or transit.

How should I wash and care for Aruvo clothes?

To keep colours vibrant and
fabrics soft wash after wash, we recommend machine washing on a gentle or cold
cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or air-dry flat to preserve the shape of the
garment. Please avoid bleach or harsh fabric softeners, as these can break down
fibres over time.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship across India! Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. Express delivery (3-4 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link and your consignment number. You can also log in to your Aruvo account at any time and visit the 'My Orders' section to check your order status in real time. If you have any concerns about your delivery, our support team is always happy to help — just reach out via our Contact page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that plans change! Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed and before the order has been dispatched. After that window, your order moves into processing and dispatch, and changes may no longer be possible. If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us as quickly as possible via email or WhatsApp — we'll always do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our returns policy.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love every purchase from Aruvo. If something isn't right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery (A flat amount of 100/- would be deducted for return item). Size exchanges are always free of charge — because we know sizing kids' clothes online isn't always easy! Please note that sale are not eligible for return. The size I ordered doesn't fit — what do I do?

No worries at all — this happens, and we've made it as easy as possible to sort out! Simply log in to your account and raise a size exchange request under 'My Orders', or drop us a message at care.aruvo@gmail.com. We'll arrange for the correct size to be sent to you, free of charge. We recommend holding on to the original packaging until you've confirmed the fit — it makes the return process quicker.

What age groups do your clothes cater to?

Aruvo offers clothing for babies and children from (6 months) all the way up to 14 years old. Our range is organized into Tiny Tots(0–12 months), Little Steps (1–3 years), Happy Sprouts (4-8 years), and Cool Juniors (9-14 years). You can shop by age group directly from the menu on our website, or use the size filter to find exactly what you need.

Are your products gender-neutral or gender-specific?

We offer both! A significant portion of our range — including our dresses, co-ord sets, and printed Nightwear — is designed to be unisex, making them great for passing down between siblings or gifting when you don't know the baby's gender. We also have gender-specific collections for those who prefer them. You can filter by 'Boys', 'Girls', or 'Unisex' on our shop page to find exactly what you're looking for.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular styles do come back! We restock our best-selling pieces regularly, especially at the start of each season.
